CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR All uses shall be subject to the following conditions and /or restrictions imposed by the City Council of the City of Oak P ark H e ights. General Description. 1 . Conditional Use Permit allows open and outdoor storage subj to the condi t ions ident if 'led in the Planner' s Report of March 22, 1995 - (attached) 2. The following additional restrictions and provisions being part of the Conditional Use Permit to be issued herein affecting the following matters shall be: A, Accessory Buildings See attached Plans Exhibits B, Fencing See Report C, Exterior Storage - outdoor storage areas shall be surfaced with asphalt, concrete, or other bituminous material., no stored or stacked materials may exceed a 14 foot height or be visible from outside of the storage area. See Report D. chemical /Pollutant storage and disposal QI • . -- E, Screening See attached Screening Plan Exhibits F, Landscaping See attached Landscape Plan Exhibits G, Lighting See attached Photometric Plan Exhibit HI Parking See attached Plans Exhibit 11 Hours of operation There shall be no semi -truck delivery or unloading except during 8:00 a. m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m, to 8:00 p.m. Sundays J. Advertising /Signage a. Pylon Sign. Sign Shall be located adjacent to the frontage road on 60th Street approximately where Menards had originally proposed the Pylon sign. Final site selection to be confirmed through the office of the City Planner. The sign will be 30 feet high with a sign face of 200 square feet. Although the sign will be located off sight from the store, it shall be located on land owned by Menards . The land or parcel selected must be large enough to provide at least a 10 foot set back from any portion of the sign structure and there shall be no additional free standing signs allowed on the primary Menards site. b. Building signage /wall signs shall allow display of the Menards name and only 6 of the 8 proposed category signs which were to be posted on the wall as originally applied for by the applicant (i.e. millwork, paint, etc.) K, Drainage Per Engineering specification (See Exhibit B) , also subject to watershed district /organization approval L, Other: City may require applicant to reduce or discontinue volume /output of proposed pub address syst or require implementation of radio /paging system f or employee communication if city determines noise levels to be unreasonable and incompatible with adjacent residential. development I Pursuant to order of the City Council of the city of oak Park Heights, a periodic review of this Conditional Use Permit is imposed as a condition of its grant. This conditional Use Permit shall be reviewed annually at the Direction of the City Administrator, which shall notify the permit holder of the date of the annual review at least ten ( 10 ) days prior to the review hearing.
