Hi,
1 thought I would once again walk through the PUD Application checklist so everyone is on the same page (initials after each
item):
MS&R will be assembling this and sending to the City - 3 full scale sets, 20 11x17 sets (MR)
Application form/fees (RM to sign, MS&R to cut checks - Judy please verify fees ?)
Property Tax Statement - MS &R should have Property Tax Statements from last submittal (MP to confirm)
Proof of Ownership - property tax statements suffice for this? (Judy please verify)
Contact Information - in narrative (MP)
Parcel Search /mailing labels (Andersen has updated? RM/DG)
I ( Language for street vacation (OPH City attorney - Judy, could you help facilitate ?)
Project Narrative (MP)
Phasing plan (not applicable)
Property Survey plan/legal survey (MR)
Existing Site conditions - demo plan (MR)
Site Development Plan (MR)
Grading/drainage plan - will be included on Site Development Plan (TKDA/MR)
Landscape plan - will be included on Site Development Plan (KA/MR)
TrafficNehicular plan (not applicable)
Signage Plan (not applicable)
Lighting Plan, cut sheets, photometrics (AG)
Tree Protection /replacement plan (not applicable)
Building elevations (MR)
Submission sent concurrently to the Middle St. Croix Watershed and Washington County Soil and Water District (MR)
Please let me know if you feel the above is not complete.
