Also, pursuant to Section 4.02.01 Subd. G, permission is sought to exempt procedural requirements deemed inappropriate, specifically requirements of sketch p and preliminary ` '' plat, which we respectfully request be dropped in lieu of s, the registered land survey submitted herewith. Variance is sought insofar as it has come to our attention that garage unit F shown on the registered land survey is found by the surveyor to be 14.63 feet away from the dedicated roadway, and City ordinances require a 15 foot setback to any dedicated roadway to the best of our knowledge.
