Description and /or Reason for Request:

Subdivision is sought pursuant to Section 4.02 of the City -,
ordinances to obtain individual
garage units as opposed to
common ownership of all units by condominium owners. Also,
pursuant to Section 4.02.01 Subd. G, permission is sought
to exempt procedural requirements deemed inappropriate,
specifically requirements of sketch p and preliminary ` ''
plat, which we respectfully request be dropped in lieu of s,
the registered land survey submitted herewith.
Variance is sought insofar as it has come to our attention that
garage unit F shown on the registered land survey is found by
the surveyor to be 14.63 feet away from the dedicated roadway,
and City ordinances require a 15 foot setback to any dedicated
roadway to the best of our knowledge.
