The area information is not shown on the copy of the plat that I have. I also asked him to break out the area of the storm pond easement in the northeast corner of this parcel - -- that needs to be subtracted to determine the net area for Connection Charges. Once I get that information, I'll determine the connection charges and pass it on to you (Sanitary = $2,815, Water = $4,900, Storm = $11,360 since this area is in the Stillwater TSMP -AUAR area - -- $6 OPH and $5,155 Stillwater).
