Bracke Addition. Connection char in the amount of $207,480.00 were paid on March 31, 2000. All of Outlot A has
been paid.

Dear Mr. Lee,
As outlined in the Cit Development A with Mr. Bracke at the time of the development of
Outlot A, or parts thereof, Cit Connection Fees shall be paid. Accordin the fees that are due from y our
site (2.77 acres are calculated as follows:
Gross Area of the Menard's Expansion = 130,736 s ft. (3.00 acres)
Net Area of the Menard!s Expansion 120,523 s ft. (2.77 acres
Utilizin the net area ( area — pondin easement area) of 2.77 acres results in the followin
Connection Fees:
§ Sanitar 2.77 acres x $ 2,815 = $ 7,797.55
§ Water 2,77 acres x $ 4,900 = $135573.00

Total = $525837.75

I just received a call from Dave Torgersen with the following information:

I've requested the total acreage information for this plat (actually called "Brackey's Third Addition ") from Dave
Torgersen of Carley- Torgersen, Inc, the land surveyor that did the plat. The area information is not shown on
the copy of the plat that I have. I also asked him to break out the area of the storm pond easement in the
northeast corner of this parcel - -- that needs to be subtracted to determine the net area for Connection
Charges. Once I get that information, I'll determine the connection charges and pass it on to you (Sanitary =
$2,815, Water = $4,900, Storm = $11,360 since this area is in the Stillwater TSMP -AUAR area - -- $6 OPH
and $5,155 Stillwater). Thanks.
