RE: Building Split
Mr. Johnson,
Per our discussion over the last couple of weeks and your letter dated Nov. 17` 2003; the City will
authorize the issuance of a BUILDING permit for the construction of a party wall between your facility and
a contemplated insurance agency use.
A few items:
1) Once the "party wall" is completed a survey and the appropriate property (condominium) split
shall be required and approved and filed with the City and County.
2) You will additionally be required to complete a PUD amendment and the appropriate elements
thereof, and as such - was a topic of discussion you had with Scott Richards the City's Planning
Consultant. Be advised that the PUD amendment is not guaranteed. You will move forward with the project
and any construction at your own risk.
3) The City will withhold the occupancy permit until the above property split and PUD amendment
is completed.
