I. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR:
All uses shall be subject to the following conditions and /or
restrictions imposed by the City Council of the City of Oak Park
Heights.
General Description:
1. Storage facility construction of two additional buildings to be
implemented per submitted and approved plans. All structures to be compliant
- with building and fire codes.

4. Applicant shall be allowed to remove Burger King raceway letters on
the north and west side of the building and replace them with Burger King
logo signs per its application - not to exceed 64 square feet each.
II. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND PROVISIONS.
The following additional restrictions and provisions being part of the
Conditional Use Permit to be issued herein affecting the following
matters shall be:

D. Chemical /Pollutant Storage and Disposal
none.

per approved plan - landscaping to be completed.

not regulated.
J. Advertising /Signage
per approved plan.
