RE: Technical Assistance Billing
Dear l aVdnne :
As part of our May billing, I will be submitting approximately 1 hours worth of
time which has been identified as general technical assistance, but I have made
note that it was a realtor Ms. Lois L6ftis of Burnet Realty dealing with the
Mike Secrest property in eastern Oak Park Heights.
If the property in question is to be developed, they will eventually have to
come before the City on a subdivision or some other type of action. At such
tame, i believe It appropriate that we go back and bill them for advice given
the realtor. At this time, however, I would suggest we simply enter the service
under the city's general account.

typically saved by having and in fact encouraging realtors to come in at an early
point In time to gain accurate information rather than proceeding and causing
problems In the tong run. Mr. Freitag's situation, I think, is o prime example
of such an occurrence.
Should you have questions on this matter, please contact me accordingly. I
will attempt to make a mental note should the property in question come in
for a development request to remind you of the back - logged billing.
