Accordingly, the City has granted permission to perform the replacement, on the night of Saturday, October 8` 2005, commencing at 9:00 p.m. with work to be performed on the north side of Menard's to accommodate these needs. There will be "backup" beepers as required by OSHA, truck operations, electric generators and winching operations. The City does not anticipate that the noise will be significant during this operation as the work should be confined to the north side of the property. if unreasonable problems arise please contact the City "s non - emergency police number at 4394723 23 which will roll -over to Washington County Central Dispatch, who will contact the City officer on duty to evaluate any unreasonable issues. According to both the contractor and Xcel Energy, your electrical service should not be affected by these operations. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this tine.
