At their October 211 2003 work session, the Cit Council discussed traffic patterns and access issues for y our propert between Menards and the Oak Park Ponds shoppin center. The direction from the Council to staff from that meetin was to hold on an Menards approvals until the issues with traffic patterns and access for Outlot A have been resolved as per the Americinn developer's a The Cit Council is askin y ou to provide a traffic anal plan with access to 60th Street bein the pr6fenre'd- option. Additio nall Cit staff will continue to assist y ou in pursuin an a for access to the west throu the Oak Park Ponds propert We would recommend that as part of the traffic anal that y ou provide us with a scaled drawin that incorporates the new Menards plan, westerl ed of the Oak Park Ponds propert and the Amencinn propert to 60th Street. The Cit Council also stressed the importance of the Comprehensive Plan for this area which indicates that development of the remainin portions of Outlot A should be oriented to 60th Street and not south to 83 1h Street.
