Re: Menards 2003 CUP Permit; Champion Development Agreement
Enclosed herewith please find four (4) originals of the Supplemental Agreement for
the Brackey property (that which is located west of the Menards site, east of the Rainbow center,
and south of Americinn). This agreement has now been signed and the originals are enclosed from
both Champion Development and Mr. Brackey, and now require the City's signature. After all four
have been signed, please forward an original back to this office so that we may use same for
recording purposes, and retain an original for the City file. 1 would also like to have two originals
returned to us so that we can forward them to Mr. Brackey's cr el and to Champlo
Development.
