RE: 2nd Delay Request
Mr. Radloff,
Last night, (July 8 the City Council did grant a second delay on the review of the zoning text amendment
request. That discourse will be held at the July 22 City Council meeting. There will be no future delays or
extensions granted on this matter. The City Council will decide on this matter on July 22.
Be advised that the City Council could have taken action at last night's meeting or at the previous Council
session last month.
Accordingly, the Planning Commission's hearing of the site plan review, CUP or other related items will
not be held this week (7110), but also delayed until after the City Council makes a determination on the 22 °d
as to th e text am endment.
We are still awaiting (and must receive) the original extension request document, holding Mr. Houser's
signature - we have received your faxed copy of July 7 2003
