I am in receipt of y our letter dated Jul 25th , 2003 where y ou (and y our client acknowled that the Cit
did not choose to amend its zonin lan as to allow the use of the propert for the purposes as
submitted b Mr. Houser. Accordin the subse conditional use permit (CUP) application is also
invalidated, as there is no basis to consider the CUP re It is our understandin that y ou have
withdrawn y our CUP re
However, y our client is still seekin a continuation on the timeline for onl the approval of the site plan
application for the retail component of the project and for uses onl permitted under the Central Business
District zonin This re could be continued, but the Cit does re a firm date - supplied to us in
writin to which y ou would like this concept finall considered versus a general continuance.
