Absent: Chair Vo App oval of-Agenda: Communit Development Director Danielson noted the new format of the A Commissioner Runk, seconded b Commissioner Li1je moved to approve the A as presented. Carried 4-0. A-P-proval of Plannin Commission Minutes - Januar 10, 2002: Communit Development Director Danielson noted some minor chan made to the minutes, provided to the Commissioners with their packets. Commissioner Runk, seconded b Commissioner Li1je moved to approve the minutes as amended. Carried 4-0. D e part men t ' ' Commission Liaison Re-ports. 1. Si sub -- committee: Vice Chair Dw provided the report, notin that the committee was nearl half-wa throu the process and anticipated reportin back to the Commission at their March meetin The next meetin of the committee will be 3:00 p.m., Wednesda March 6, 2002 at Cit Hall. Commissioner Dw seconded b Commissioner Runk, moved to recommend acceptance of the membership of the si sub-committee with the additions of Kirk Schultz and Duane Gemelke as members. Carried 4-0. 2. Iv 36 Partnership Stud Commissioner Powell provided the report, notin several su that had been offered for the reworkin of Hw 36. There will be an open house on this issue at the Stillwater Area Hi School on March 13, 2002. The next partnership stud meetin will be March 20, 2002 at Washin Count Government Center. 3. Continued - Montanari Homes: To consider re for site plan review and planned unit development: concept plan for 9 unit office complex at 13481 60th St. N. Communit Development Director Danielson informed the Commission that correspondence was received from the applicant, re a continuance to March. Vice Chair Dw acknowled the re and opened the hearin for public comment at7:10p.m. There bein no comment, Commissioner Runk, seconded b Commissioner Li1 moved to continue the public hearin to March 14, 2002. Carried 4-0.
