This cut sheet is part of the Operations and Maintenance Manual for Stillwater Area High School. The Operations and Maintenance Manual was provided by the Peoples Electrical- Communications Contractors. This attachment fulfills your request of documentation that clearly demonstrates the fixtures are original and that were installed without any alteration since their initial installation and that they installation occurred on or prior to October 15, 1997. The parking lot lamps in the student parking area will be adjusted for 90 degree angle (full) cut off by prior to December 15, 2010. With the documentation of the exterior wall lamps and adjustment of the parking lot lamps prior to December 15, 2010, I am considering this a closed issue. Thanks, Tony Anthony V. Willger Supervisor of Facility and Site Operations Stillwater Area Public Schools (651) 351 -8374 »> "Julie Hultman" < jhultman ©cityofoakparkheights.com> 11/29/2010 12:15 PM »> Tony, Thank you for your call this past Wed. and for arranging to have the lamps in the student parking area adjusted for 90 degree angle (full) cut off. With respect to the wall -pack fixtures on the school, you indicated that you felt these were grandfathered based on the ordinance provision of their installation on or prior to October 15, 1997. If you wish to seek grandfathering exemption, please provide me with documentation that clearly demonstrates that the fixtures installed upon the school are the same fixtures that were installed without any alteration since their initial installation and that they installation occurred on or prior to October 15, 1997. Please not that the request is not to replace the fixtures but to provide full cut off shielding of their fight source. As we discussed, depending on the composition of the fixture, this may be facilitated by installing a shield to the existing fixture or an insert of some kind. If you have a detailed diagram or picture of the fixture, I would be happy to review it for potential options. Please be reminded that the compliance deadline has been set for December 15, 2010. While I may be able to extend the deadline for compliance, I will need to confirm an appropriate compliance plan in order to do so. Please feel free to email me with any information, questions, etc. I look forward to hearing from you soon. 11/30/2010 i►il C.C,.T PRODUCT DATA SHEET MD The Series • • Seven Useful Luminaires in One i, 9 pact Size o I I WI ,,, , „M Compact s 1,, ii {F i .
