This site was previously delineated in a report dated October 28, 2008 by MFRA for a proposed bank on Lot 2, Block 1, Walmart Addition. A Notice of Decision, dated December 8, 2008, was sent approving the wetland boundary and exemption for "Incidental Wetland ". Therefore, the current wetland boundary application is approved and any proposed impacts to the wetlands would qualify under "No Loss" per MN Rule 8420.0415 A. LGU Authorized Signature: Signing and mailing of this completed form to the appropriate recipients in accordance with 8420.0255, Subp. 5 provides notice that a decision was made by the LGU under the Wetland Conservation Act as specified above.
