(If y ou draw a line parallel to 60th Street North center line from the point where the northerl an propert line intersects the easterl propert line, this would appear to represent the existin easement.) The an northerl propert line the show on their Preliminar Site Plan ma be accurate, but doesn't show the pre-existin utilit easement prior to the street/intersection bein reali b MnDOT. We can discuss at this week's staff meetin Montanari should pull whatever plats or certified surve maps exist for this parcel showin propert lines and easements to verif their proposed buildin location/dimensions.
