Their calculations show that under any sized storm event, the rate and volume of water leaving the site after their development is basically the same as before their development (due to the impervious surface area actually decreasing approximately 4300 sq ft.). The flow will be more concentrated to the frontage road ditch via a curb cut they are proposing in the driveway.
