Being unable to reach you by phone, I am supplying the background information by letter. Attached please find a copy of the City Code amendment dealing with condominum conversions. The first several sections of this ordinance simply indicate that a planned unit conditional use must be applied for, processed and approved. Critical factors (underlined in red on the attachment are 441.14 8.11.d and 441.14 8.11.e.) I doubt, however, that these will present any major obstacle to you in view that the strucmure is a duplex. This assumes, however, that the building and property are up to code and in compliance with City ordinances. During your phone call you did express an interest in the possible processing costs. Again, assuming the building and property are in compliance with City standards, I would estimate City expenses to range from $250 to $500. Please contact me should there be further questions on this matter or if we can be of additional assistance. Very truly yours, NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS, INC. David R.
