Dear Ms. Wilson:
Please find enclosed an application requesting a Planned Unit
Development - Concept Plan for the above referenced site, south of
Highway 36 and east of 60th Street North.
We are also submitting a check in the amount of $350.00 payable to the
City of Oak Park Heights. Of this amount, $50.00 is the basic
application fee and $300.00 is a cash deposit to be held in escrow for
processing this request.
We will forward to you copies of our site plan and survey as soon as
