FRO Eric o Aso t Ad, inistrator Please recall that the Cit did send correspondence to all known owners of rental propert in the Cit re the institution of a Rental Inspection Ordinance, To date we have not received an official written response, but that such responses are now due. Kathleen McDonald indicated to staff that she is not in favor of it, but has not provided an written information. Ann Simpson similarl indicated that she does not support the proposal and has re a cop of the mailin list the Cit utilized for the mailin of the proposed ordinance. Cit Hall Fa Steve Mattson from Northland Securities did provide an updated spreadsheet that calculotes the impact of a $6.3 million dollar bond issuance on a $200,000 home. These numbers are based on the new tax data as supplied b the Count last week. The estimated amount is $77-86 per y ear for 20 y ears. Steve Mattson did prepare a second spreadsheet that applies the Principal and interest pa into a savin account instead of a bond pa In this scenario, these amounts do not cover the cost of a new facilit even in a 20- perspective should a savin plan be attempted as the savin per y ear is not ade y et would result in Pa 1 of 56 �- f � �. � �J
