The exact floor plans and styles are yet to be determined. The planned modifications is to make two lots from the existing three. D. The property faces Penfield on the east side with 56th Street North running into it. 57th Street is three lots to the north and Penrose is through to the west. The property is currently able to hold aplex. We need a variance to re- duce by 5 feet (or 7 %) the frontage requirement to make two single family lots out of the three existing lots. We feel, as I'm sure the neighbors would agree that two single family homes are far more desirable and logical on the property than a 4 unit residential.
