Dear Ken:
As our files contained only a letter (Fredlund to Heuer, July 16, 1976) and no building
or site plans, my comments will be based solely on information received by phone from
you today.
1. Building areas as follows:

II b. Computer Room 360 sq.ft.
c. 2 Office Spaces With Kitchen 860 sq.ft.
d. 1 Office Space 140 sq.ft.
e. Warehouse 1760 sgoft.
Total 2nd Floor Area 3720 sq.ft.
o 1st Floor - Walkout On Lower Level To North
a. Warehouse 3720 sq.ft.
2. 10 Persons Employed -
assumed to be located as follows:
a. Showroom - 1 to 2
b. Computer Room - 1 to 2
c. Office Spaces - 3 to 4 (with secretary)
d. Warehouse - 2 to 5

• 3. Parking Requirements (8.08 H)
a. Retail Store (Showroom) - 1 space for each 150 sq.ft. = 4 spaces
b. Office Space - 1 space for each 400 sq.ft. = 3 spaces
c. Warehouse - Storage of Bulk Goods 1 space for each 2 employees
or - 1 space for each 2000 sq.ft.
whichever is greater = 3 spaces
d. Computer Room (not specified in
Ordinance) - = 2 spaces
TOTAL 12 spaces
Spaces for Company vehicles and loading
area additional.
From these figures, it appears that the present parking facilities will adequately meet the
needs for the operation contemplated as described above. In addition, all spaces must be
easily accessible from an internal circulation system and each space shall contain an
average of 300 square feet including internal circulation space.
