Include the time frame for its completion. All components must be completed by December 31, 1998. Please limit your narrative to one page. If your project is for education or research, please describe the methodology you will use. ITEM 3 - BREAKDOWN OF TOTAL PROJECT COST Identify each major component being proposed for funding, provide a quantitative description and the total estimated cost for each. When you estimate the costs, be sure to include not only cash expenses but also the value of donated supplies and labor needed to produce it. Donated labor is valued at up to $5.00 /hr.
