East Oaks PUD Develoment Phase Snow Removal Plan EAST OAKS PUD DEVELOPMENT PHASE SNOW REMOVAL PLAN This snow removal plan is to be in effect while the developer is responsible for street maintenance. Immediately after any snow fall, the streets will be plowed from curb to curb. Snow should be windrowed on the boulevard areas behind the curb. Snow from resident's driveways shall be stored along the driveways, and shall not be placed on street pavement. When windrows reach a height of six feet, additional snow shall be stored as follows: 1. If there are any unbuilt -on lots, snow shall be stored first on those lots off the right -of -way. 2. In storm water detention basins. 3. If there are no unbuilt -on lots and if it is impossible or impractical to store snow in storm water detention basins, snow shall be removed from the site and deposited on other lands on the basis of a contractual agreement with the owners of those properties. Not withstanding the above, it shall not be necessary to plow snow if less than one inch of snow has accumulated by 7:00 a.m. and above freezing temperatures are forecast for the remainder of the day. \ESTOKSNW.RMV FILE #1093 -01
