McKee 0.6.t Attorney At Law 324 South Main Street Suite 220 Stillwater, MN 55082 In Re: East Oaks PUD Dear Mr. McKee: Enclosed herewith please find a preliminary draft of the Developer's Agreement for East Oaks PUD. Copies of this document have been forwarded to the City Staff and is subject, of course, to revisions from each of those departments. Further, this office retains the right to make any other further adjustment that it deems necessary prior to final approval as well. You will note that there are items yet to be filled in within the Development Agreement in the areas of park dedication fees and connection fees, and those figures will be supplied to you as soon as they have been calculated from the Planner and Engineer's Office. The document also incorporates by reference the previous reports and recommendations made by the Planner in his past correspondence on this issue. As I indicated to you by telephone the other day, I do not believe the City Council will be interested in issuing a final draft of the Developer's Agreement for purposes of approval until final approvals have been received from the various offices of the City, and also until the Minnesota Department of Transportation has issued a Final Access Permit to allow the connection of the proposed street servicing this development to be connected to the frontage road.
