Dear Sirs,
For your concerns on page two of your letter to the City of Oark Park
Heights, we are supplying additional information.
1. A plot plan, showing the zoning and use.
2. A topography, soil test in the wooded areas.
3. A site plan showing a proposed building with set backs, side yards,
curb cuts and open space to be discussed with you.
4. Sewer and water schematic to be engineered later.
5. Timing — We would like to be in the ground as soon as possible with the
first phase, from entry gate including what we now call as phase I, lots 1,
2, 3, 4, 5, 16, 17, 18. Phase II is Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
and 15.
6. We would like to keep the single family home option open as a possibility;
however, is is not that big of a problem with us. We do not think there will
be less then two units per lot.
7. We are open to suggestions for lot size and open space.
8. We hope the revised set, will help you concern in this area.
9. We now have on the drawings the present locations of utilities.
