Box 2007 Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 July 22, 2004 Re: Fox Hollow PUD Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, In connection with our application submitted June 8, 2004 and the 11 items requested in Mr. Richards letter of June 17, 2004 we are enclosing the following: 1. A landscape plan that includes planting for all areas to be landscaped including the two office buildings and the condominium building. 2. Plans identifying the required security fencing for the pool area. 3. Lighting plans that include parking lot fixtures details and examples of fixtures that will be used on the office and condominium buildings. 4. Signage plans for the site and the three buildings. 5. Plans for the trash screening enclosures. 6. Plans for car movement in the two underground garages. 7. Grading and drainage plans with erosion control measure more clearly indicated. 8. At the staff review meeting we will have confirmation that construction easements can be obtained from Xcel Energy or that such easements are not necessary. 9. A materials board indicating the building materials for all three buildings. 10. A PUD application signed by Jeff Hause and/or Michelle Hause on behalf of the applicant, River Valley Rentals, LLP. 11. Our check for $1800.00. We would greatly appreciate it if you could review these submittals prior to the July 28, 2004 site plan review meeting and let us know if you need any further information in order to proceed with the plan review.
