The revisions include moving the five most westerly parking stalls 18' east. This allows the retaining wall along the private road on the west side of the property to be reduced from 14' to approx. 6' in height. One of the main reasons for this change was safety. This change reduces the parking lot stall count by 3. However, I believe we still have 2 extra stalls. Some ideas to further assist in the traffic flow are: 1. Eliminate one of the center stalls to widen the drive isle. See drawing. 2. Make the parking lot one way traffic, counterclockwise. This will direct traffic past the condo building first, which will likely be the natural tendency anyway.
