RE: 14080 Upper 54th Street - maintenance issues.
Dear Mr. Ramirez - Lopez:
With this letter I am informing you that the above property is falling general disrepair.
Please immediately correct the following conditions:
1. Cut and Maintain all lawns, yards, and vegetation. Grasses may not exceed
6" in height and all noxious weeds must be removed.
2. Ensure that each fall and spring the property is cleared of fallen leaves, brush
and other debris. (Stacking brush under the deck or garage or other areas is
not appropriate and may cause rodent infestation; which may lead to further
and more significant City actions to secure compliance)
3. At this time the utility bill is in arrears by $440.43, please pay this immediately to
the City, c/o my office.
From the date of this letter you have 10 days to complete these tasks as above. Should
this property not comply and maintain within this standard, the City will undertake such
work and will place the billing for such services on the property taxes due and payable
for the forthcoming year. City crews may cost upwards of $200.00 per hour for services
rendered.
You will receive no further warnings.
