He said he would make sure these were signed and delivered asap (as you know this is probably the 12th time I have discussed this with him). I just called him again about it now and he said he had talked to his people and would have the documents by early next week. We shall see... This site • would be accessed by the short road that leads to parking spots • on the north side of Cover Park. • The potential of transferring ownership of this building to the • City for a park shelter /other facility after Xcel`s work has been • completed on the site. • During the conversation, I stressed that any new building must • meet the City's Design Guidelines and that a Conditional Use • Perm itla mend ment must be applied for. > Please let me know of thoughts/concerns/issues you may have > regarding this project proposal.
