Houser. The parcel is zoned B-4. It is unknown if a development is going to be immediately proposed. The City has received adequate documentation from the Lowe's contractor that will correct the now installed fencing surrounding the large pond. Essentially, their fencing in installed onto the City's right of way and will be damaged by snow plowing. They have been required to relocate it not less than three feet from the ROW. They are also required to pay for the required permit. The City has received a letter from Mr. Gabriel Boullt of 5633 Ozark Ave discussing possible options/update to the City Winter Parking Ordinance. Please take a moment to review the letter. 1 will place this item on the next work session agenda. I have also enclosed a copy of the City Ordinance 1101.03 for your reference. The City has notified Tire Proz, locate on the south frontage road regarding continual signage issues. See memo from Julie Hultman. • Kathy Cinnamon from the Cable Commission has requested that member cities contact the FCC to object to possible action that would pre-empt local franchising authority. I have enclosed some of the required information. I will get a letter out early next week that complies with the request. • The City was copied on a communication from the Stillwater Rotary Club regarding the $200 contribution to the Stillwater Area High School Student Council. See enclosed. You will recall that we have a scheduled work session with Student. Council at 6:30 just before the 12/12/06 City Council Meeting. • As part of our NIMS compliance the City is required to provide a certification toe the MN Dept of Public Safety a certification that we have complied with certain NIMS activities. See enclosed certification as completed by Chief Swanson. • The City does, from time to time get a resident complaint regarding a bill received from Onyx, now Veolia; we ask them to send us the copy and typically we are able to resolve a bill that is in error. Enclosed is an example from •Steve and Robin Jensen. • • 1 have enclosed a copy of the LMC analysis of the State's 1+ billion dollar surplus.
