This amendment was prepared pursuant to the Council's directive at the 10 October 1989 meeting. It is to be emphasized that while this amendment allows for consideration for larger accessory buildings without a variance, such requests will still require the specific approval of the Council whereby no adverse impacts must be found of such. requests. The City Council of the City of Oak Park Heights, Washington County, Minnesota, does ordain: Section 1. Amendment. That Chapter 401, Section 401.03.B.5.f. of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oak Park Heights shall be amended to read as follows: f. No attached garage for a single family dwelling shall exceed 800 square feet in floor area. An accessory building located upon a lot containing an attached garage must conform to the following floor area requirements except by conditional use permit: Attached Garage Maximum Accessory Floor Area Building Floor Area 0-300 sq.ft. 250 sq.ft. 301 -800 sq.ft. 150 sq.ft. 801 -or more sq.ft. 150 sq.ft. Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
