RE: Utility Availability
Dear Ms. Weber:
On June 5 2007 you requested information as to the availability of City utilities for your development on
60th , Street N., adjacent to Appleby's restaurant.
Please note that the term "availability" of City utilities is too broad of a question. Generally speaking, City
utilities are available in this area and as lam aware, the utilities in the area are generally sufficient.
However, any needed expansions or service increases needed to serve your site would need to be paid up-
front by the developer, i.e., your firm prior to the issuance of a building permit. 1 cannot comment on
watershed or MN DOT requirements.
While the City believes the information ation conveyed above is accurate, the City reserves the right to amend,
append, delete or revise the language or the contents of this communication as appropriate and at any time.
This letter may not be interpreted or applied as a formal approval or authorization by the City for any
purpose(s) f * •al development application and subsequent deterrninatio, by the City is required for
cons L on vities or actual land uses.
