CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS
MINUTES OE MEETING HELD MONDAv, MARCH 22, 1982
HRA meetinet onened by Chairman Secigelke at 6:45 P.M. Present: O'Neal,
Westphal, L,rlg, Somrnerfeldt, Lammers and Wilson.
Horne improvement and rehabilitation loan programs were discussed.
Information and brochures are available at City Hall. Sornmerfeldt
moved to close HRA nleet.i.nq, with O'Neal seconding. 5 aye votes.
Meeting closed.
Mayor Sommerf eldt opened regular meeting at 7:00 P.M. Many
residents from the Senior Citizens' HoIfl& were present to discus
the :;idewy1k ploject. (Question and answer period ensued with
residents requesting the walk be placed south of the proposed.

and will he studied further.

Lana moved to ur.ant a building permit to P. Williouett for
the addition of ,i drive -up window to the Diary Oueen facility,
provided that the northern curb cut access from Omaha Avenue is
eliminated, the remaining accesses are narrowed to 24 feet and
the property is properly landscaped upon completion of the project.
Seconded by O'Neal. 5 aye votes. Carried.
Cable TV minutes were discussed. Costs and time table were
reviewed. Next cable meeting will be held March 30th at 7:00 P.M.
Seggelke moved to amend the sign ordinance, Scection 401.03.I.2.a.
to read as follows: a. Parini t ted 5 i y_ns . The following signs are
permitted by this Ordinance. (10) Temporary window signs shall
be permitted within the 00 -[3] and [32 zoning districts, provided
t hey do not exceed 10% ( t e n percent) of the front b u i l d i n g facade.
Seconded by Lang. 5 aye votes. Carried.
Seugelke (with Lang as alternate) was selected to serve or the Board
of Review for the nrrr.posc of reviewing and correcting the Real
Estate assessments for the year 1 9 8 2 . The Hoard w i l l Meet Wednesday,
May 5, 1982 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Municipal Huildiny.
