Off hand I do not recall the final date the City council granted approval of your project.
Keep in mind that such approval is only valid for a period of 2 months.
Should Manley fail to begin construction in that time period, the permits would lapse and you would be
required to resubmit an application.
To cute, Manley has not paid the required Development ent Connection charges and will be required prior to the
issuance of any permit.
Just a reminder to keep an eye on the timelines.
