D evelopment Agreement w ith the City prior to the development approval expiration date of

period of twelve months from the date of final City Council approval. Final City Council
approvals to the above- referenced were made March 2-7, 2 007.
The Cit has riot received a signed D eveiopme t Agreement from y for thls proiect and
the 12 month period following City Council Approval has also passed. Please be advised that
the City has closed the file for the above - reference project. Should you wish to pursue
development at this site, you are required to complete a new development application and
follow the development application process afresh.
