Dear Mr. Houser:
1 am in receipt of your June 10, 2008 response to my June 5, 2008 communication to Tom
McElveen and Cindy Weber of Manley Commercial, Inc. regarding the outstanding charges of
$,2,873.81 due to the City of Oak Park Heights for plan review serviced rendered relative the
development project a the above-referenced location.
1 have shared your correspondence and have discussed the matter with the City's Finance
Director and Attorney. The City will apply any escrow balance received from Manley
Commercial to the plan review service balance. Any unpaid balances from development activity
shall be billed to Manley Commercial, Inc.
Please note that per the terms of the Development Application, bearing your signature as the
property owner, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all development activity
balances are paid in full. Fees that remain unpaid by Manley Commercial will be certified to the
property taxes of the above-referenced parcel.
Additionally, any unpaid portion of the plan review services balance will remain outstanding to
the above-reference parcel. The City will not accept any new development applications for the
property site until such time all outstanding fees for services rendered to the property are fully
satisfie
