The City will apply any escrow balance received from Manley Commercial to the plan review service balance. Any unpaid balances from development activity shall be billed to Manley Commercial, Inc. Please note that per the terms of the Development Application, bearing your signature as the property owner, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all development activity balances are paid in full. Fees that remain unpaid by Manley Commercial will be certified to the property taxes of the above-referenced parcel. Additionally, any unpaid portion of the plan review services balance will remain outstanding to the above-reference parcel.
