Plan Review Fees
Dear Mr. Johnson,
At this time, I am submitting our Building Plans and corroborating information for Building Plan
Review only. The Building Permit will be applied for after all Development Agreement
requirements and land subdivision items are finalized and the Building Plan Review has been
completed. All funds necessary for the Building Permit will be paid prior to the issuance of a
Building Permit. I acknowledge that the City does not guaranty the issuance of a Building Permit
as part of a pre-development Building Plan Review. 1 understand that the calculated Plan
Review fee of $6,869.82 is an estimated fee, not inclusive of all possible fees and charges and
non-refundable once Plan Review commences. Should there be changes and/or alterations to the
plans, additional fees and further plan review may be required.
