The Cit acknowled the four separate applications submitted for the project review and considers them as one application for development with the CSM Corporation as the primar applicant and contact for the review. We encourage you and/or your representatives to attend this meeting. if all of the materials are submitted as required by the specified date, the application will be placed on November 20, 2005 Planning Commission meeting scheduled for 7 :00 PM at City Hall. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Subd. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency /city review of the application for an additional 60 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of application) inasmuch as the city has been determined that additional research and study by the City staff relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required.
