Dear Mr. Gelderman:
The Cit of Oak Park Hei is in receipt of y our application submitted on October 12,
2005 seekin consideration b the Cit for the development referred to as the Villa at
Oak Park Hei With this letter, we are notif y ou that y our application will be
deemed complete with the receipt of the followin items b October 26, 2005:
1. Buildin elevations of each fa of Buildin A and B of the CSM Corporation
project. A buildin materials sample board will also need to be provided for
Plannin Commission review.
2. A si plan indicatin dimensionin and s foota of all proposed si

mechanical color/screenin
4. Li fixture dia for all of the proposed fixtures for the development.

The Cit acknowled the four separate applications submitted for the project review
and considers them as one application for development with the CSM Corporation as
the primar applicant and contact for the review.

As part of the review process for this application, a plan review will be held on October
26 2005 at 10:30 AM at City Hall. We encourage you and/or your representatives to
attend this meeting. if all of the materials are submitted as required by the specified
date, the application will be placed on November 20, 2005 Planning Commission
meeting scheduled for 7 :00 PM at City Hall.
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Subd. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is
herewith extending the period of time for agency /city review of the application for an
additional 60 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of application) inasmuch
as the city has been determined that additional research and study by the City staff
relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required. Please contact me
with any questions you may have.
