City of Oak Park Heights City Ordinance 401.15.13.7 "Outdoor Lighting," performance standard 2 (f) shielding requires that the luminaire contain a cutoff which directs and cuts off the light at an angle of ninety (90) degrees or less and that fixture design are to be fully cut off style so that the lens of the fixture does not extend beyond the shield of the fixture. The exterior light fixtures at this building are currently non - compliant with City Ordinance 401.15.8.7 in that the bulbs extend beyond the fixtures. With this letter you are requested to address this compliance issue and have the bulbs replaced to all of the exterior fixtures to ensure that they do not extend beyond the fixture, effectuating in full cut off compliance no later than Wednesday, June 29, 2011. A compliance check will be made after this date to verify site compliance.
