Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Ref: Home Maintenance, Yard Maintenance, & Outside Debris Dear Ms. Bell, In response to a complaint on the condition of the residence referenced above, I conducted a site investigation and found the following violations to the City's Zoning Ordinance: Ord. 1109.03 H - -- All noxious weeds shall not exceed a height more than (6) inches is in violation to the Code. The grasses on your property are greater than (12) inches in height and are required to be cut to a length in compliance with the ordinance and shall be maintained as such. Ord. 1109.03 I - -- An accumulation of debris of any nature or description is in violation to the Code. All of the following items, and not limited to the following items, must be stored within the garage / accessory building or removed from the site. 1) Damaged lattice fence on the east property line must be repaired or removed. 2) Old extension ladder, old plastic garden hose reel, old wooden box, 5 gallon bucket, rack, and old dog kennel on the east side of the dwelling. 3) Wood pallet and metal lattice on east end of the deck. 4) Wheel barrow and fire wood ashes in rear lot. 5) Old wooden book shelf and miscellaneous press wood sheathing in the fire pit located in the rear yard. 6) All miscellaneous debris located beneath the deck to include, but not limited to: garden wagon, fertilizer spreader, plastic storage container, plastic recycling bin, plastic lawn chair & table, small wooden step ladder, miscellaneous toys, and all other debris. 7) Broken metal frame and awning located on the deck. 8) All yard waste such as sticks scattered though -out the yard. You are required to address all of the issues above to comply with the requirements of the City's Zoning Ordinance within ten (10) days of the date of this letter. If at that time the nuisance is not abated, the City will enter the property, abate the nuisance, and continue to care for the property so that the condition will not re -occur within 160 days.
