To date, these lines have not been buried as re The reconstruction of 60th street as undertaken b y our development necessaril re the relocation of the utilities and which must be compliant with local law, Cit Ord 1008. Failure to compl is a breach of the Plan A compliance re and allows the Cit access current Letters of Credit if not remediated. At this time the Cit will be prohibitin further development of an remainin ouflofs within the Oak Park Commons Development and will be accessin all remainin funds from the PLAN A Letter of Credit- withholdin such dollars until CSM Development /E (the Developer) performs one of the followin two actions: I Bur these lines. (these lines extend g enerall y from a point 300' east of the intersection of Nova Scotia Ave to Norwich Ave adjacent to Appleb - see map enclosed) 2. Execute and return to the Cit the enclosed document, "1 00% Petition for Improvements". This must be executed and returned to the Cit not later than Januar 8th, 2008.
