RE: Oak Park Commons Development - Power Line Burial
Dear Mr. Cook:
As the Oak Park Commons project has developed over the past ei months, the
Cit has had numerous communications with y our firm as to the re burial of the
distribution lines located in the 60th street fronta road and as were partiall relocated
to facilitate y our development. To date, these lines have not been buried as re

access current Letters of Credit if not remediated.
At this time the Cit will be prohibitin further development of an remainin ouflofs within
the Oak Park Commons Development and will be accessin all remainin funds from the
PLAN A Letter of Credit- withholdin such dollars until CSM Development /E (the
Developer) performs one of the followin two actions:
I Bur these lines. (these lines extend g enerall y from a point 300' east of the intersection
of Nova Scotia Ave to Norwich Ave adjacent to Appleb - see map enclosed)
2. Execute and return to the Cit the enclosed document, "1 00% Petition for
Improvements". This must be executed and returned to the Cit not later than
Januar 8th, 2008. You will note that this Petition allocates financial responsibilit to
CSM onl in the event local cost sharin is re as part of the STN 36
reconstruction.
