Dear Mr. Fischer,
In response to a complaint on the condition of the residence referenced above, I conducted a
site investigation and found the following violations to the City's Zoning Ordinance:
Ord. 1109.03 H - -- All noxious weeds shall not exceed a height more than (6) inches is in
violation to the Code. The grasses on your property are greater than (12) inches in height and
are required to be cut to a length in compliance with the ordinance and shall be maintained as
such.
You are required to address the violation above to comply with the requirements of the City's
Zoning Ordinance within ten (10) days of the date of this letter. If at that time the nuisance is
not abated, the City will enter the property, abate the nuisance, and continue to care for the
property so that the condition will not re -occur within 160 days, for which you will be
responsible for all associated costs.
The City shall assess the property for staff, contractor, administration time and all materials
used to abate the nuisance.
