The grasses on your property are greater than (12) inches in height and are required to be cut to a length in compliance with the ordinance and shall be maintained as such. Ord. 401.15.C.8.a2 - -- Covers the maintenance of the structure. Damage siding needs to be repaired and seal with paint as needed and the front concrete stoop must be removed and replaced to comply with the MN State Building Code. In addition, the roof of the house and garage must be torn off and replaced. Please note a building permit is required and the contractor must be state licensed for this project. You are required to address all of the issues above to comply with the requirements of the City's Zoning Ordinance within ten (10) days of the date of this letter. If at that time the nuisance is not abated, the City will enter the property, abate the nuisance, and continue to care for the property so that the condition will not re -occur within 160 days, for which you will be responsible for all associated costs. The City shall assess the property for staff, contractor, administration time and all materials used to abate the nuisance.
