Per the re of the Cit Administrator, I have inspected the trees
and shrubs which have been planted on the Lowe's/CSM site. The
plantin match closel the approved landscape plan dated
10/12/05. Some of the trees (particularl spruce and bicolor oaks)
have died. The specific plant material, its location, and comments
pertainin to condition or reason for decline or death, are included
below:

Dote: many maples still have tree wrap around trunks. This should
be removed from April to November as stated
in the Planting bates on the plan
All dead and dying plant material should be replaced.
