A C U R B A N P L A N N I N G • D E S I G N • M A R K E T R E S E A R C H PLANNING REPORT TO: Oak Park Heights Mayor and City Council FROM: Curtis Cutoske DATE: 16 October 1989 RE: Oak Park Heights - Condon Conditional Use Permit FILE NO: 798.02 - 89-.25 In review of the submitted conditional use permit by Frank and Mary, Condon for a 240 square foot accessory building located at 14405 55th Street North, our office finds the application to satisfy the City's conditional use criteria as outlined in Section 401.20 of the Ordinance provided the proposed ordinance amendment is approved (see accompanying 16 October 1989 memorandum). In recognition of this, our office recommends approval of the submitted CUP, provided the placement of the building meets all setback requirements, the height of the building does not exceed 12 feet, said building is not used for the storage of passenger vehicles, and all other aspects of Section 401.03.B.5. are met and satisfied.
