The plantings match closely the approved landscape plan dated 10112105. Some of the trees (particularly spruce and bicolor oaks) have died. The specific plant material, its location, and comments pertaining to condition or reason for decline or death, are included below: 1. bicolor oak (1) E. side parking lot dead - loose in planting hole, very little root system 2. bicolor oak (1) E. side parking lot dead ditto 3. bicolor oak (1) E. side parking lot dead - roots exposed at sides of root ball, wound on trunk 4. mountain ash (1) SE median parking lot leaning - reset plant so it is upright 5. spruce (2) SE corner detention pond dead 6. spruce (4) mid -N detention pond dead 7. river birch NW detention pond some have dead branch ends - prune 8. spruce (3) NW detention pond dead 9. spruce (1) SW detention pond dead. (1) half -dead 10. river birch SW detention pond dead branches and branch ends - prune 11. spruce (1) S side detention pond, E of middle dead 12. bicolor oak (S) W side parking lot dying, roots exposed, replace with smaller B&B material and plant according to Planting Detail and Planting Notes; incl. mulch 13. red maple (1) W side of parking lot dying 14. spruce (2) W side of parking lot (S end) dead 15. spruce (12) S side of S fence on berm dead 9/5/2007 Page 2 of 2 16. spruce (3) E side of building dead 17. maples E side of building prune dead branches and branch tips 18. mountain ash mid N median leaning W correct so plant is upright and stable 19. serviceberry N end parking lot E of Buffalo Wild Wings dead 20. serviceberry W of #19 needs more mulch 21. shrub beds by buildings on E side - appear on plan but it is all concrete there there are shrubs on W, N and S sides of these buildings and several medians on E side are planted with shrubs and perennials Note: many maples still have tree wrap around trunks. This should be removed from April to November as stated in the Planting Notes on the plan All dead and dying plant material should be replaced.
