Many had; however, the following items still need to be done: 1, bicolor oak (1) E side parking lot (2nd N of E entrance) - 3 have been replaced but one of the ones listed in my last report still needs to be replaced 4., 18. mountain ash (2) SE median and mid N median parking lot still leaning - correct 7. & 10., 17. river birch by detention pond and maples E side of bldg. still need to be pruned 12. bicolor oaks (6) W side of parking lot and bldg. still need to be replaced - exposed roots, are dying or dead 14. spruce (2) W. side of parking lot dead ones have been removed; however, there are 2 new ones sitting unplanted on top of ground (and on junipers) with exposed root balls, and these need to be planted 19. and 20 serviceberry N. end parking lot E of Buffalo Wild Wings replace one and renew mulch on the other Note: many maples (especially E and W sides of building) still have old tree wrap on then - this should be removed before it girdles the trees. New wrap can now be put on, if they wish For maintenance issues (pruning, mulching), I suggest withholding $1,000. and for trees which need to be replaced or re- planted, withhold $450. each (x 12) _ $5,400.
