Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Re: Front Yard Play Set & Trampoline Equipment (PIN 04.029.20.14.0017). Dear- Current Occupant: I am writing regarding the play set and trampoline equipment that have been placed in the front of your yard at 14798 56 St. N. The play set and trampoline equipment as placed violate City Ordinance 401.15.D. City Ordinance 401.15.D. Accessory Buildings, Uses and Equipment requires that such accessory uses to be placed in the/ear yard. Such accessory uses shall be placed a minimum of five (5) feet from side lot lines, a minimum of eight (8) feet from the rear lot line and no closer than six (6) feet to any other building or structure upon the same lot. No accessory use building or equipment shall be located within a utility and /or drainage easement. Additionally, the placement of this equipment is quite close to the roadway and present a public nuisance that affects peace and safety as described in City Ordinance 1109 Nuisance Ordinance, section 1109.4, subsection Y which states "All other conditions, acts, or things which are liable to cause injury to the person or property of another." With this letter you are respectfully requested to remove or relocate the play set and trampoline equipment to the rear yard in compliance with the property line distances noted above no later than Friday, July 29, 2011. A compliance check shall be made after this date. Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please contact me immediately.
