Todd has approved payment of the connection fees to the City. However, when you send the check to the city, we would appreciate it very much if you would put with it a copy of this email. Todd was advised orally by Mr. Brackey that connection fees were paid in connection with the 1997 developer's agreement between the City and the Brackeys. If that is the case, then SDT requests a refund of the connection fees paid with this closing to the extent that this payment duplicates any of the moneys paid by the Brackeys in 1997. We would appreciate it if the City would contact Todd Stewart at SDT by calling 541 273 4639 and the sender of this email at the number shown below. Thanks for your consideration.
